ITT: a short sound clip of what training in my garage dungeon gym sounds like

A definite perk of training in your home gym is that you get to play whatever music you want, blast it however loudly you want, and yell as loudly as you want. I was testing out whether grunting and yelling would help me break through a heavy bench PR and it did.

This was at around 7:30AM. Lots of intensity.CAUTION: It's loud.



in b4 did he use lube or go in dry?

Id love to have a dope home gym, but theres just something about the whole routine of getting ready, sipping pwo while driving somewhere to go lift some heavy ass shyt that makes me enjoy going to the gym even more. The 6 month gym shutdown in march made me realize this.

I'll admit, I do miss training in a commercial gym. I had a great group of dudes that would compete at my old gym and we'd all motivate each other. I miss my 8am crew, but it's so convenient to train at home, especially in schit weather.

Fortunately, I don't have neighbours. My closest 'neighbour' is down the mountain from me, so it's not possible for them to hear anything with the amount of distance between us.

Thats what im talking about man. Music isnt my cup of tea but the intensity can be felt and was undeniable. Imagine if people brought that same level of intensity in business, when raising their children, etc.

nice brah. just can't really bring myself to scream. Occasionally I do and i swear it adds a couple lbs to the lift. As for timing the track, I do that with Trivium's Shogun and In Flames' Dead Eternity. Music is 100% a huge motivator
