Flair appears to leave out the door with that woman, then he morphs into a cardboard cut out of himself, standing perfectly still with that same expression on his face. Wtf is going on here?

If you look close enough, you can actually see the lady put the cut out there & flair leaving the set to the left of screen & the lady leaving to the right
