Free Weighlifting Apps for iOS?
Hey guys
I used to use a weightlifting app call Fitnotes, but i think its disappeared or I cant see it anymore at least - what are the best ones out atm?
I saw one called Fitbod which looked pretty good, but its $9/month and I really dont like paying for stuff :/ - but it does look good.
I like being able to see progression/growth over time, track workouts - if there is a way to copy the previous workout automatically and then just adjust the reps/weights that would be cool - and to be able to see the total amount of weight shifted in the entire workout, so you can focus on progressive overload.
Recently over the past few months I have just been using a pen and paper and writing it down, which is kinda nice because when I change phone it probably wont copy over the App data, so in 5 years time if i wanna look back or something then pen and paper is obviously the way to go (unless there is a web app?)
Thanks!
