Dips alternatives?
Since the first gym shutdowns I've been doing weighted calisthenics for my upper body. For chest and shoulders I was doing handstand push ups and weighted push ups, until the other day I decided to try for dips after staying away from them for a while.
What do you know my left anterior delt is still a little bitch and now I feel a slight tinge when I internally rotate, no big deal can still do push ups and pull ups but certain positions cause discomfort in what feels like the tendon.
Anyway, I will work on mobility and strengthening that area and will try dips again in a few months. In the mean time does anyone have any dip substitutions? I have a barbell and weights, but no bench.
I found this, which I will try when I feel no more pain
For your time
Spoiler!
