Where to Buy Olympic plates online without getting ripped?

Anyone know any websites where I can buy olympic weights without a massive markup? Ill pay a dollar a pound.

Or any of those generic "Olympic bar plus 300 lbs of weights for XXX" sets?

This market is absurd right now.

There's this little thing called shipping if you buy online, which isn't free. I paid $2 a pound just for that.
