Yeah, that looks pretty good. A solid medium is how I like it as well. Crusty on the outside and red in the middle.

Yeah its about medium. Idk im just surprised how well this steak came out, my best ever.

It’s medium and it looks delicious. A thick, medium cut is fine with me especially a fattier one like the ribeye you have.
