Why does anyone who mentions conspiracies get negged into oblivion?

Seems like a certain people are controlling bb.com too. The entire media is censored, any mention of vaccines, moon hoaxes etc and you are mod negged.

I guess the first ammendment doesn't apply here.

Your legal recourse for an adverse effect from a flu vaccine, as with all other drugs, is a lawsuit you would file. That would be like you picked up a bottle of drugs at the pharmacy and you take it and end up in the ER. Is the pharmacy or the drug company going to pay for that? Of course not, you pay for it and then you sue the drug mfg/pharmacy for negligence or whatever.

How many times has the government done things with their goals being that other than what they say they intend to do? How many times do we find out what was really going on behind the scenes? How often do they contradict themselves?

A lot of that is very true. During the 60s, we had MKULTRA and the CIA overthrowing democratically elected leaders. But I lot of that has been tapered off and stopped after theChurch Committee. But we are still a country that commits warcrimes and refuses to admit it, and other very nefarious stuff.

That doesn't necessarily mean there aren't good people in the government who do their jobs and work hard for the democracy our Constitution is based on.

You're miss understand the first amendment. This is a forum. There are LOTS of stuff we can't talking about, like steroids for example. So, this, being a corporation has decided what we can and can't talk about. The first amendment means you have the write to assembly to say what you want and in public spaces. Privately owned corporations can set their own precedents and can ban users at will, close threads at will, and ban users at will. So, the first amendment doesn't apply here.

They should be banned or sent to some kind of reducation center. During WW2, the US had a program called denzazification. It taught the fascist Nazis that all their opinions and ideas were wrong and they had to teach them normal democracy. We need that here, except for conspiracycels.
