Have hit 330 the past 3 sessions, but I'm to much of a pussy to try 335.

So we stop doing lift videos in here?
And since I probably missed it with all the chit posting above, did you get it?

You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

I might have had it if I didn’t use safety bars. The weight hit it and fuked me up, so I was dunzo. But at the same time, they probably saved my life.

Fail Videosare the most important videos,
especially for the ones who train at home alone with no spottersafely.
Needless to say, I'm still alive and kicking at 61 and here's why.
*BTW,my 1RM is measly 120 kg (264 lb) but I can recover from 140 kg (308 lb) faiiure with no problem any day.
As long as you can un-rack the bar yourself, you don't need any spotter.
It's all about practice, practice and practice.
-------------------------------------------
I call it "Samurai Break" :
Bench press alone at home what if you failed 120 kg (264 b)
bench press failure 130 kg( 286 lb)
bench press failure137 kg (302 lb)
bench press failure 140 kg (308 lb)
especially for the ones who train at home alone with no spottersafely.
