TRT would improve the overall health of the large majority of men.
I know studies show 2x heart disease from the treatment. I think those numbers fail to account for a lot, first of all.
(The people who take this probably abuse other drugs, use high doses, do not dose properly, etc.)
The men who do not take this include almost all of the obese, sedentary and diabetic guys who do not make efforts to maintain their health. The benefit they would see from improving their overall health, even along measurements of heart disease (losing 100 lbs, exercising and eating healthier surely can improve cardiac mortality more than TRT harms it) would make these men much better off than otherwise.

Wait, so your average 40+ male on TRT and using as directed, has double the chance of heart disease, due to TRT?

There's so many "muh OJ" studies out there that have nothing to do with TRT.
Low testosterone levels are responsible for far more heart attacks than TRT, and TRT has been proven to actually lower the chance of heart attack in men with low T.
