no one should ever do this unless they are insnaley overactive or participate in a long distance sport or play high level basketball/football/soccer

otherwise all that happen is after 15% bf your body starts being insulin resistant and when that happens the ratio of fat gain:muscle gain from calories becomes dramatically higher.

put simply a person who is at 8% bf who eats and trains right and gains 5 lbs, 2 lbs will be muscle and 3 lbs will be fat
a person at 17% bf who gains 5 lbs <.5lbs will be muscle and >4.5lbs will be fat

Bulk then. Maybe do Fierce 5 Novice or Intermediate for a while to get back in the game.
