Greg plitt's death was actually a huge loss for the world.

He was a legit natty with a huge following and positive message.

Most ppl in the "fitness world" are all sippin oj but he was actually natty and people admired his shape. I don't think thats even a thing today.

You can tell in his videos he was legit natty. Sure the professional staged shots with dialed in temporary conditioning, professional lighting, filters, editing etc look joocy but in his videos he was clearly normie looking.

Spoiler!

“Whenever I have a problem, I find that doing cardio while contemplating the problem provides quicker solutions than sitting in a chair. Exercise strengthens your mind."

When I find myself slacking off and in a rut I go running or do cardio(especially out doors) it always helps me evaluate and come to solutions if needed.
Canadian Eh?

A reminder to live each day to its fullest. Most of us will only live 30,000 days. I'm coming up on 15,000. Only 15k more to go

You don't get it?

Rather then all these "fake nattys" with millions following them and believing their shill bs lies wasting money on scam products there was one legit natty physique to look up to that was actually achievable through hard work without taking to a pharmacist.

It certainly shouldn't be but it is something special/rare these days.

People can say what they want about the guy's potential, but I still think he undertrained in the end.
