Hey man, ive never thought about this.
I would say that Mr Burbon fellow, and i would switch the beer for burbon so he would start losing on purpose and we would get each other drunk and become best friends.
But it would have to be cheap burbon, so he was internally conflicted about drinking it and would secretly despise me, and know he would wake up with a massive hangover. So the morning after there was a bit of tension in the air (i slept on his couch).
But it was all good - we met up later that week and got ice cream cones, so hey - all's well that ends well.
