God those are people are terrible. I would say out of the ones I see like that they are 95% women. The ones like the "coward" in the image are 95% males so I guess it evens out

Interesting topic.

I'm from the bay area and most of my circle either fall into:
1. Doesn't really care. Wear a mask when out in public but still go out to friend's houses etc. Does wash hands and all that to minimize risk.
2. Terrified. Hasn't seen anybody for the past 8 months. If they run into me somewhere they do a quick wave from far away then quickly escape the room I just infected with covid.
3. Doesn't really care but points fingers at those who do go out.

Btw at our worst our county had a few hundred cases per week. We've had a total of like 400 deaths, compared to LA's 8k.

But almost all nurses I personally know dont think it's that bad and also dont think anything should be shut down. They are all just doint their own things outside of work and only wearing masks, if they are forced to wear one.

Tons of people in Toronto with office jobs shifted to WFH and their hobbies of smoking weed and playing video games were unaffected. They simply can't fathom there are people with different careers, hobbies, and needs in life that were affected.
