Losing your glow isn’t easy to cope with. So many memories of all the fun times in school that woulda never happened with my autistic personality alone. I’m only about half way to 50, I got a few more years in me. Healthy eating from now onwards. Regular exercise. 8 hours of sleep. The unusual life hacks for youth/glow that I’ve been researching. Maxxing everything COVID or not. I’m not far off my usual self just need to take care of myself better. I’ll figure something out so long as bytches actually smile at me when we make eye contact ffs. Feel like I just exist. No more walking around with hobo too lazy to shave beard.

My only true insecurity is losing my glow/looks with age srs, hasn’t happened yet.

Been cleansing/moisturizing 2x/day since 16, always drank a ton of water. i don’t think there is much you can do apart from the obvious stuff, if you got bad genetic the bad genetic will fuk you over (srs)

Nah bro there’s so much. Stress is such a big factor. Inflammation. Etc. Unconventional shyt that if I post ppl will think I’m crazy. If nothing else when I follow certain things I feel great so there’s that. It’s more internal than rubbing stuff on dead material (outside of skin/hair) although some stuff might help. Haven’t used anything but water to wash my face since I was 16.

I’m dealing with cptsd and moved back into my parents for 9 months after school. Didn’t want to but was broke. I feel like I aged so much in that duration. So much of the usual without the physical abuse but just brought all the memories running back and seeing a lot of the same shyt manifest in a different way fukd me up a little. That’s where I lost my gains but they are recoverable if I make the effort right now. I have all these thoughts that rush to my head. Shyt sucks man. Just trying to get over this thing.

As long as you take care of yourself you'll be good well into your 30's. Late 30's / early 40's is when the age really starts to show.
