Misc grilling experts come in here (srs)

I grilled tuna yesterday for like 2 minutes a side and it came out kinda chewy and tough

Should I just do like 80 seconds each side if I want it raw in middle like sushi? My grill gets insanely hot like 700 degrees

tuna doesn’t have to be cooked. 2 minutes is too long
