Lol at big waists

I'm 210lbs and 20-25% bodyfat and I wear a belt with 34 inch waist pants.

Read different transformation stories where guy is overweight or obese and his waist is over 40 inches, how is that even possible? And then after cutting down to sub 10% bodyfat his waist is 32 inches, so my waist is equal to that of someone one third of my bodyfat percentage?
