No just thoughts that fuel mass amount of anxiety. Very average thinking really just a lot of negativity or something. A lot of aggressive or defensive thoughts that make me really anxious

There's a lot of things that I can recognize as "cringe" but I dont feel that way very often, never really a common emotion. I think even if something like that was used to embarrass me it would mostly be converted into pure anxiety anyways
