On a separate note, for people who have done it is it worth it? Never had braces but teeth are fairly straight, they're just not that white. Is whitening worth it considering the side effects (sensitivity)?
just do like 10-20 sessions and then maintain the whiteness by using them once a week

Swish with hydrogen peroxide for a minute then don’t eat or drink anything for half an hour
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1

You're only supposed to use 2 boxes of Crest Whitestrips per year.

I suggest you try my routine. Brush withArm & Hammer Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide toothpaste. The baking soda will rub off the stains on your teeth and then then the hydrogen peroxide will stain it white.

I'd also useListerine Healthy White Vibrant Multi-Action Fluoride Mouthwash, Foaming Anticavity Oral Mouth Rinse For Whitening Teeth. It has a blend of phosphoric acid and hydrogen peroxide that helps removes stains from teeth and then it has fluoride in it so it won't strip the fluoride out of the teeth (which hydrogen peroxide does)



Then of course there's always buying hydrogen peroxide kits on ebay. You just get a set of plastic teeth insert, some tubes of hydrogen peroxide and squirt it in the tray and leave it in there for like 30 minutes. Also buy some fluoride (it should be blue) so it keeps your teeth from losing minerals that hydrogen peroxide take out.
