Looking for jobs in my state... There are none.

Currently looking for jobs, all I could find is

Mcdonald's
Jersey Mike's Sub
Safeway
Retail jobs

All jobs pay chit, about minimum wage. My government bucks aren't coming in, it's been a month already and my peuc unemployment extension still hasn't come in yet. Misc what should I do?? Should I just work a poverty job?

I doubt there will be much available in the fields you listed since corona basically killed the tourism economy.

I was in hospitality management, and I left to get a CS degree.

Hospitality is an absolute trainwreck. If you are going that route, I suggest a big city that isn't shut down yet (In Texas or Florida)

As far as what you can do with out moving...idk man it blows Hospitality and Tourism got wrecked from ownership to dishwashers.
