does diet affect hair volume (srs)

Usually my hair is thick when I'm eating normal foods,

but recently when I've been eating at too much fast food (ONLY fast food and no reg meals for past 2 weeks) ive noticed that my hair has thinned out quite a noticable amount, it cant stand up on it own and just falls to side now

the question is in the title

Hair volume on a day to day basis is different from hair loss.

Eating oily processed foods makes your body secrete more funk. Your hair in-turn gets oilier and more clumped together. Add in the added weight of funk and your hair will appear more limp and dull.

Now, if you have clean hair and there’s noticeable less volume, I recommend a trip to the hard ware store.

Cheers

A clean diet helps, but I've noticed hydration plays a more noticeable role in hair thickness. If I've been drinking more alcohol than water for a couple days I notice thin dry hair, then when I detox for a week and drink a gallon of water per day, my hair becomes soft and thick again. It also makes your skin softer and clear so you can get two birds stoned at once.

I have observed that a diet high in fruit and veggies seems to aid in growth, but maybe that is just unique to me.
