Gave myself myopia during lockdown...srs wtf anyone else?

So apparently being on a computer/smartphone all day can cause nearsightedness. Shoulda known.

Kinda freaked out though tbh...had 2020 vision for 3 decades and now I can't read the titles of books on the shelf without walking up to them.
