5 day hangover?
Went out last week and I’m not much of a drinker and had too much, was really ill the next day being sick etc. Since then I’ve just felt down and just generally like chit. I’ve not been able to eat much at-all probably had 6-7 meals in total over the last 5 days and my chits been like a jetwash. Anyone else get like this for up to 5 days after drinking or is this the beginning of the end for me?

how old are you OP?
If it's primarily the mental aspect of it (feeling like crap, anxious, etc.), that will clear up in a few days. It always helps to exercise and get good sleep too.
I noticed I started feeling this way around ~27 when I would get super drunk or go on a bender. (ded fkn Srs)

Yeah I'd say it's alcohol related. But at age: 28 you should still have pretty minor hangovers.
Guess you'll never make it as an alcoholic

Can’t work out, hurt my back few weeks ago and don’t know what’s wrong so don’t want to do it any further damage so haven’t been to the gym since, making me depressed, now this hangover chit is making me feel even worse.
