Change is painful

Growth is painful

Everyone needs friction to become a better version of themselves , like making a rock into a diamond

Nothing is as painful as staying the same , somewhere you don’t belong, and living the mental hell of knowing what could have been!

You have two unavoidable choices in life: pain now or pain later
brb haven’t met one vaxcel who doesn’t get defensive or mad when you tell them you didn’t get it.

No “vax” for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a “vax” is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it ….

You should have put this text on a picture of a mountain or river, like the hipster you sound like.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

There is no such thing as pain. Things only bother you if you let them.

In the immortal words of Jesse the body Ventura, "I ain't got time to bleed."

Or in the more enlightened words of Epictetus, "People are disturbed not by things but by their view of things."

And for practical real world application:

“So what Epictetus was telling his students was that there can be no such thing as being the 'victim' of another. You can only be a 'victim of yourself.' It's all in how you discipline your mind.” James Stockdale.

James Bond Stockdale (1923 – 2005) was a United States Navy vice-admiral and one of the most highly decorated officers in the history of the U.S. Navy. His plane was shot down over Vietnam in 1965, and he was held as a prisoner of war for seven and a half years. During his captivity he spent more than four years in solitary confinement and was repeatedly tortured—his shoulders torn from their sockets, his back broken, his legs crushed. He walked with a limp and endured much pain for the rest of his life. Stockdale wrote multiple books about detailing how the philosophy of Epictetus was the key to his survival in captivity.
