What is this?
Saw Tom Jane Punisher film recently, was not in it.
My guess is something from an unrelated film some Youtuber is trying to pass off as Punisher for clicks?

no it isn't. This is a bootleg short, says right in the description on youtube the credits on youtube even show the music is from the Nolan Batman movie

It is a tv show, was on Netflix - different actor played the Punisher. Thomas Jane played him in a movie looks like this guy did some fancy editing.

Reading is hard...
I wanted to make a fan film for a character I've always loved and believed in - a love letter to Frank Castle & his fans. It was an incredible experience with everyone on the project throwing in their time just for the fun of it. It's been a blast to be a part of from start to finish; we hope the friends of Frank enjoy watching it as much as we did making it.
