What’s up with Ron desantis body shape?

Whenever I see the guy on TV and he’s wearing a suit his body just looks so disproportionate. It looks like he’s stuffing pillow under his jacket. I mean the guy is obviously no athlete but he looks like a fukkin bloatlordcel when wearing suit jacket
