Yea, been using written affirmations for almost 10 years.

Here's what I currently see everyday on my phone.

Works for me. You get what you focus on, lose focus? Unravel.

Normally I'd recommend being more specific at first.
As you can see, slaying woman, remaining stress free, and focusing on small daily action towards financial goals I have is my focus.

Take your hand, and ball it up into a fist. Take your fist, and shove it up your ass. Proceed to fist yourself for as long as you can, and as violently as possible. Once you're finished, you will feel pain. You will feel shame, and you will feel regret. Over time the pain will go away, the regret will fade, and your ******* will return to it's original size. Then you will realize that if your ******* can take a brootal self pounding like that, and be okay then you can make it through anything.

There is no replacement for experience. Through experience you’ll get beaten down, and you’ll have to learn why you were beaten down and you’ll have to pull yourself back up and try again.
Eventually, after so many times, you’ll come to the realization “hey, I’ve been here before and made it through, I can do it again”. Now you have developed confidence, and that confidence will propel you to success.

Cliffs:
1. Take action
2. Don’t be afraid to fail.
3. Learn from failure
4. Develop confidence
5. Succeed

Thanks men, already some strong ideas here. Only thing ik that works is once you get some wins and build momentum dont lose it, keep going. It goes away eventually and faster if you dont.
