California skiers/snowboarders - what are your shutdown plans?

Hotels are closed for the next three weeks (at least - will probably last for most of the winter). Are you guys making day trips to the slopes, just not going, or have you found places to stay? I normally go to Mammoth for two days at a time and it's 4 hours away. I could do day trips, but I'd rather not.

Obviously if you live close to the slopes this isn't as much of a problem for you (yes I'm jealous).
