Title.
As a guy who is 23, I cannot imagine looking forward to a vacation where I am laying on a beach all day, I would get bored quite fast.
In fact, unless you are obese and ill, I cant imagine enjoying spending all day on a beach... maybe if you have underslept but lol if you do that anyway.
I am not eager to do it every year, but when I do, I wanna go backpacking for 2 weeks in India or China or sight-seeing somewhere. Not going to Shanghai for example, which is trying to emulate the concrete jungles of London and NYC.
Even if you compare prices for a good hotel in luxury beach destination, exploring and Airbnb-ing is a fraction lol.
Got to think of this yesterday as my manager's boss was explaining his trip last year to Mykonos with his wife and kids and expenses.
brb beautiful islands yes but boring
brb he is British, nothing really exquisite for him from another European country's cuisine
brb overpriced (I can afford it, especially given that no wife and kids, but I just think legit it is a bit of a waste)
