Is there a sales job that would be an easy transition from car sales?

I love my job but I hate working nights and Saturdays. Would seriously do anything for a normal 9 to 5 job


My problem is I make over 170K at a job where I don't have to travel and I don't cold call. Those are 2 things I despise. So are there sales jobs out there that have no cold calling, no travel, reasonable hours 9 - 5 that pay over 100K a year pretty quickly?

Pretty much any B2B sales, although the money likely won't be as good unless you're a national level rep with a good product. I did copier sales and the national level reps made six figures and it was an EZ ass job. Would also suggest pharma sales but unless you're a hot girl it's unlikely to happen.

I transitioned out of the car business into building my own e-commerce business, created an LLC and built an online clothing brand.

As for the years I spent in the dealership...working nights and weekends hoping and praying for an up that has a decent credit score and won't waste your time... there's no longevity in that. Life is too short. If you're a well rounded individual with an above average IQ, you can do better.

I've recently transitioned into business to business route representative work, delivering/selling uniforms/business necessities. No nights, no weekends, pay is better and benefits are much better. I can easily run my ecommerce business as an additional stream of income, so my goal is to do both and live comfortably and stack up a great savings that will one day earn me the lifestyle I desire for when I'm a grandparent.

Long story short: Look into companies like Cintas, UniFirst, Alsco, etc.
