Spider ID? Any brahs know their spiders? Help ID

This 3" spider has been in my garage for 5 months or so. I think it's getting bigger but I'm scared as fuk to kill spiders. I kill roaches no problem but I'm a ****ing beta pussy against spiders. So now he's become my laundry friend.

Anyone know what it is?

100% That's a Skulltula spider.




If you do decide to try to kill it, I picked this tip up from the internet
How to Kill One. Skulltulas may be found either hanging upright or mobile on the ground. When a Skulltula is hanging, use a horizontal strike to spin it around and kill it with a thrust to the weak point on their stomach, but be really careful!

This. I see a variation of this one everywhere in the woods and they're pretty harmless. But they do love building their webs across trails at face level...
