Low income communities and litter/trash

Srs question

Why do low income communities always have tons of trash/littering on the ground? What does having unfair circumstances have to do with picking up after yourself?

Also, have you ever noticed that in low income/run down areas, the people walk slower? They will walk across the street in front of you when you're driving in front of a store and will never acknowledge your presence. Seems like they might even slow down just to fk with you. No fks given

It’s sad as hell honestly.

I just don’t understand why the community has to be littered with garbage. Debris shouldn’t be an outward indicator of poverty, because the trash is mainly from purchased items (food, swisher sweets).

In Portland people just put a box full of their useless/broken sh!t on the corner and pretend they’re giving back to the community but most of the sh!t is just rotting in the rain until someone throws it away, or a bum picks it up

Litter litcherally pisses me off esp when there is a trashbin nearby. I walk to the market and I see it every 20 feet or so, some idiot tossing his crap around. Pack out your trash you vermin.

I had a friend who happened to betray me over a WOMAN. And he was actively opposed to city beautification.

I disagree and cut him out of my life and disagree with him on numerous issues, Fuk that guy and fuk the horse he rode in on.

His sister also had a crush on me apparently and back in the day she had great legs but she turned into a meth head unfortunately. We dated once but she was already gone so nothing came of it.

City beautification is a good thing not a bad thing.
I have sampled every language and French is my favorite to curse in.

Do poor people not understand how trash cans work or are they simply not provided with enough of them?

Oh no, they have more than enough trash cans. Where I grew up there was at least one trash can within a 100 meter radius from wherever you were standing, at all times.



What pisses me off is that sometimes these *******s decide to leave their chithole and go out in the woods or fishing spots, well you guessed it they bring that same bum fuk mentality over there and end up littering the place.
