Facial aesthetics won’t significantly improve below 12% bodyfat

Idk why some guys starve themselves to get to 8-10% bodyfat for facial aesthetics when in reality you’ll look damn near the same as you were at 12-15. In fact, with good bone structure I’d say your facial aesthetics peak at 12-15%. Any leaner will just give you better abs and striations. If you’re a 7/10 at 12% you’ll be a 7 at 8% (given you have good bone structure/jawline)

So basically it’s not exponential improvement. No need to cut below 12 if you want the best face possible

Thanks. It’s something I’ve noticed over the years. Guys who are already somewhat lean don’t suddenly turn into 10/10s when going from 15 to 8% bodyfat

Honestly I can pull just as many chicks at 18% as I do at around 12%. I lean down just because I like to.

Depends on the Guy's face shape/bone structure type in the first place.

Compact face = it doesn't overall matter

Square face = facial fat can be a problem but only if he's over 20% body fat or higher

Rectangular face = any facial fat at all is bad, can hide a good jaw/cheekbones by making his head look cylindrical

i'd argue there's a significant difference between 15 percent and 10 percent. But i'd also argue at 11-12 percent, any lower and you aren't gonna see significant improvements to your face

if I was to cut 10lbs more fat my jaw would have extreme cuts and I would be able to pull any hoe i wanted at the club/rave


lol @ the cope. If you actually have bone structure getting lower in bf can only help you, unless its lower than 8%.

Also I don’t think that there’ll be a big difference in one’s facial aesthetics from 15 to 10. Maybe a slight difference but nothing dramatic
