Finally a Zorro I can watch!

Who cares about watching a sword wielding vigilante slashing up bad guys when it has underlying tones of racism and sexism!

Glad to see that a woman can be an artist and vigilante, all while dismantling white supremacy. That’s some heroic multitasking!!!

edit: Nevermind, won’t watch. She’s on the show modern family which is about a WHITE suburban family (even the gay couple is white); and although she herself is Hispanic, this role should have went to a trans woman of color or at LEAST a woman of color.

Big opportunity missed here

Isn't the point of zorro (from a commercial success/ratings perspective) to appeal to latino audiences?

Hispanic people by and large hate this chit. I remember seeing a poll where like 98% of mexican nationals don't just dislike the term "latinx", but are outright hostile to it. This is gonna be another "get woke go broke" situation

Do people actually pay any attention to what hollywoke puts out anymore? It's all a political game. It's rare you'll find a quality movie these days. It's basically just activist propaganda at this point and people continue paying for this garbage.

I think this is going to target the 1st gen or so who were born in America and went to public schools and such.

The fact that movie companies don't care about losing money should set off alarm bells.

I realize that Hollywood has endless money to throw towards movies and they wanna be down with the kids but surely after "Ghostbusters" and "Ocean's 8" bombed so hard, they should've learned their lesson about female remakes.
