Going for a run in the cold (coldcels GTFIH)
Went around 4:30 when it started to get dark. As your body temperature starts rising the cold air feels so good. The high you get afterwards is better than drugs srs.

I hate running in the cold.
The coldest run I've ever been on was at Little Creek, VA in the middle of the winter...below freezing temperatures.
We mustered up, full gear, expecting to be out in the cold, except our instructors ran us as a class to the pier and made everyone do a proper water entry into the half frozen ocean.
It was nuts. Everyone looked at each other and nobody immediately jumped in, but as some of the instructors started losing their minds over us disobeying them, everyone jumped in.
It was paralyzing. We swam to the nearest beach and then ran back to the amphibious base for further education.

I love running in winter. The cold prevents you from sweating uncomfortably, and there are less people in the streets

Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

Early morning run followed by a cold shower is goat. Far better than coffee or energy drinks.
