Are you not going to the gym out of respect for others?

Or are you getting a rough set of symptoms?

I am the only one in my family that continued to go to the gym... and I am the only one in my family that got COVID lol... so I am positive I got it from going to that gym. I am not going to the gym out of respect for others, I am going to wait until I get cleared. I also feel really achy and nausous so I treating this as a long deload.

Home gym ftw! I was back to lifting, light however, a week after initial symptoms.

Lucky you didn't lose taste/smell. It's sucked...and also the weirdest thing ever to experience. Initial symptoms started last Monday night and taste/smell has been gone since Friday.

I was honestly disappointed how weak COVID was for me with how much the media hyped it up...
