Depends on the girl and situation. I've had as few as fifteen minutes. With the right girl I've also stayed hard and nutted twice without pulling out, but that's rare.

Usually half an hour and no problems at all, maybe an hour if it is round 3 or beyond.

in my experiences it depends on 1. how turned on I am during said encounter and 2. what substances i've consumed

Pretty much this. Could take 15 mins could take a couple of hours. It really depends on the situation.
As I have gotten older refractory time has gotten longer but I've also lost some sensitivity, so sex usually ends up being a marathon and there is no need for round 2.

Something I would love to improve is my refractory period. My first nut is usually so intense I’m pretty much over it afterwards lol. Takes like 30 min- hour to get back to normal but even then I don’t care TOO much

Have had a couple times where i can immediately just keep going which was awesome

I wonder if now that I’m not watching porn or fapping it’s changed??

Libido is definitely the biggest factor for me with the same girl, it doesn’t really affect it much though unless I’m either insanely horny or just completely out of it

I’ve had pretty much identical average refration periods for every gf/fwb I’ve had except hs gf, I’m guessing my refraction period would have increased a bit with lays in Uni with less attractive girls but I’d always smash early in the night then later so idk how much
