Sup brahs.

Do you have any recommendations to stay active during corona? I'm legit rotting at home studying, trying to get some walks in every day. Need to somehow live a healty lifestyle. Feels like even if I do a walk and go to the gym I'm not moving enough cuz I'm not going to work or school.

how you guys dealing with this corona chit?
390 back squat
285 bench press
500 deadlift (I don't DL anymore)

you can of course superset these if you want to be more efficient:

>Resistance bands squats 5x10
>Resistance bands RDL 5x10
>Weighted pullups with bands 5x8+
>Resistance bands pushups 5x10+
>Pike Pushups 5x10+
>Triceps/Biceps with bands 5x10+
