Both pick up weights and put them down. Neither are sports. Strongman I'd consider a sport.

both the lamest activities you can do IMO lmao

bodybuilding - oiled up on stage and pose in a thong

powerlifting - pick heavy stuff up and put it down

have 10,0000000 x more respect for a guy like John Daly who looks like anything but an athlete

Skill is the most important aspect to sport imo
