I'm in So-Cal which is the worst part of California (economically speaking unless you are in biotech)
I see a lot of forums online that say you should have at least so and so in the bank to buy a $250,000 home but lol at these out of touch tards.
Ask me questions about what you want to know.

The thing I like most about Cali was the weather and food. And I also loved the roads when driving back to Missouri and going through Arizona, which btw, does not belong to the American'ts but the Natives. Miss me with that bullchit.

Lived there like 12 years ago. It was awesome. Wouldn’t want to be there now with Newsom.

Grew up in San Diego and went to college and grad school there.
Its a great city, weather is great all year round, beaches etc. If you own property and are using it as income property its can be great. Phucking LOL if you think you're going to get anything decent for 250K these days. Maybe you can get a cheap 1bd condo in some piss poor area and live like a subhuman maggot.

Chit I'm on mobile, so have some patience misc.
I would love it if it were colder like freezing, but their ain't no accounting work in those states.
I know right? Lol all the liberals online think you can buy a house here for $250,000, a ****ty home here is $400K minimum and it will be no where near work (2hrs commute one way) unless you want a 3-4 hr (one way) commute to buy a house.
The state is too expensive and wages are too low. Honestly I know a LOT of people who legit are only saving like $200 a month and live in those cheapo $300K houses in the middle of no where. Their plan to to rent it out for $2K once they pay it off. Idiots...

Srs question were you ever afraid of not being able to find work there? Or did you find a job first then make the move? I'm planning on moving with a couple years or now actually.

All I know is that some of the biggest losers I knew in school ended up finally getting laid when they moved to California.
It was all just satire. Sorry if I offended anyone with my trolling and sickening posts. Peace and love to everyone.

Its sad to see the shape the state is in. I've been to LA several times and as a movie fan (also see sig), always enjoyed my time there. Hopefully things change there so I can visit again one day.

I guess maybe if you go to the rich part of town we'll never afford, then yea it might be nice, but for the average person it just plain sucks.
LA has soo many people. San francisco was OK when I was a kid, no idea how it is now. Sacramento was lame as a kid, and it's probably even lamer now. San Diego ****ing blows. Terrible economy, no jobs close by, wages extremely low and rent is extremely high relative to the low wages.
It makes zero sense that businesses don't open up in the suburbs. There are lots of empty buildings everywhere here.
