Foreman grill bros - what do besides burgers and chicken beasts?

Looking for good ideas besides the obvious ones. Haven’t used a foreman since college but grilling withdrawals have set in this winter already

Use it as a sandwich press. Works great for grilling turkey melts or roast beef and provolone.
Other than that it’s horrible and cooking anything else - burgers come out so much better on a cast iron pan
