Ontario going back in lockdown for at least a month

That's gonna change boyo... Boxing day in on Saturday and it's no way in hell they miss out on that. I saw all the signs going up...gyms closing back down. Customer limits at the grocery store. etc... Suicide numbers are already high during the winter, but they're about to shoot through the roof. On top of that i've never seen such a low amount of xmas spirit. Stay safe out here brahs.

It's BS. I'm in Eastern Ontario and we have 400 cases TOTAL in my city of over a million people, 25 cases in hospital and 0 in ICU. Yet they are lumping us in with Toronto who is seeing 500 new cases a day. Mainly because stupid people are just driving to other places to do whatever the hell they want.

And my 5000 square foot gym with a limited capacity of 15 people has to close while Walmart and Costco have hundreds of people in them and the liquor store is lined up out the door.

All this pandemic has done is expose people who are stupid and selfish. And that our provincial government really has zero idea what they are doing and no willingness to enforce anything.

Doesn't bother me much, but Christmas plans have changed. The issue was people from the gta traveling all over, and the purpose was negated.

Everyone's gone insane. In such a short amount of time half the world has been convinced diseases and viruses just started earlier this year.

"NEW STRAIN" so what? Covd 19 was a new strain of Covid as well.

The more you do nothing the worse it will get.

A state in Australia shut it's borers because of 17 new cases... 17 people with a 99.7% success rate flu = borders shut down now. Places with far worse virulent diseases had less protocols and control.
