1. Shower daily (scrubbing feet thoroughly)

2. Change your socks daily

Family friend of ours always complained about having bad foot odor. Thought they had a "foot problem". They stayed over for a couple of weeks and I noticed their habits. Going 3-4 days without a shower and reusing the same socks over and over. They don't have a "foot problem", they just don't practice proper hygiene.

could be due to wearing a smelly socks or shoes
wash them from time to time
and also once you are home from work , scrub your feet with a soap , your feet will lose that awful smell in a few days..

You sure its not your shoes that smell? I used to play sports barefoot in my sneakers in the summer.
never again. Those shoes reeked like hell.

After i realized the shoes were the problem, i tossed them. Now i always make sure i wear socks.
If you take a shower, your feet shouldn't smell. Fresh sweat has no odor either.

I notice its in style to never wear socks anymore. I don't get it personally. Every time I have done that its been fking gnarly.

They sell low cut socks that are invisible when wearing shoes. not wearing socks will ruin your shoes.
