He apologized as soon as we made eye contact. "Sorry boss, I'm moving it right away". Felt pretty good, there was fear in his eyes when he said it and calling me boss was a sign of submission. I played it cool and just gave him a head nod to acknowledge I heard him but nothing to enable this behavior like telling him it was ok.
