I read threads people are like bulk at 2600, 2700, or take it slow and maintain at 2200.
How can you be accurate with your cals if your gf or wife cooks for you? hardly can accurately measure 2000 cals vs 2500 cals??

Eat light for most of the day, and keep portions in check when with them. It's fairly easy, if you have any kind of discipline. Really don't need to count calories, way overrated. Unless you're literally competing to be on stage, and you need maximum diet manipulation to get shredded.

that's what I was wondering, I was reading some old diet threads on the forums and it's stupid how the members are saying to do 2500 for 6 months etc.
Like how am I suppose to accurately measure 2500 cals, unless I'm locked away in isolation with a weighing scale?? for 6 months straight.
it would be possible if someone is living alone, single and cooks their meals. But with a social life, relationships, other events it seems to simplistic to adhere to a set amount of calories for 6 month+ ?...
seems like counting calories only works for single guys who live alone and cook all their own meals.
Not sure how it's possible if someone cooks for you, unless you find a fitness chick who cooks you meals according to your macros lol
