Lol can easily load that up to 200lbs if i wanted. Only limitation is the doorframe pullup bar. That my tree climbing line rated to 8k lbs. you just jelly that your too useless to tie a knot lmao

I actually have like 220lbs in 10lbs plates lol. The pullup bar holds me no problem and im like 210. But ya i probably won’t push the weight to heavy as the bar definitely ain’t designed for that.

Yeah but when you pull yourself up, the weight goes directly up.
But 200 lbs on a rope, doing push downs. That chit will start swinging. Which directs the force away from straight up or down.
If the pull up bar lets loose (since it's not actually attached to anything), and any weight above 50 lbs from that height falls on your toe, that's game over boyo.

Ya thats definitely a good point. I just did a few sets with up to 50lbs, definitely gotta be mindful of the swing. **** would demolish my toes if it gave out.
