My Friend Got The Vaccine Today & Is Having Problems Now

He works for a healthcare company (insurance) and they have been pressuring all the employees to get it. He told me he was getting to keep himself from transmitting to his parents and others. He got it today.

When I saw him today at the gym - he looked really messed up. Like he had been put through meat grinder. He was exhausted and complaining of aches and pains over his entire body. Said he barely had energy to lift. His shoulder where he took it was tender that if you touched it, he winced. He said his brain is in a fog and he can barely think straight. He looked totally out of it.

When I left the gym I told him to sure that he had the emergency numbers and the Pfizer number in case something happens. Said he did.

We shall see..... I think he made a huge mistake.

This. Totally normal to experience the full COVID effect with the first shot. If you're not on a ventilator grasping for air and life after the 2nd shot, then the vaccine isn't working.

That's funny because I have a friend who got covid and had symptoms much much much worse than that. So why would you choose covid rather than the vaccine?

So your friend works insurance and he can jump to the head of the line before the doctors and nurses have all been vaccinated. Not willing to call BS because some states are making bizarre decisions as far as who gets to be in the first group, but I am suspicious about the veracity of this story...

So the vaccine literally makes you sick just like covid minus breathing issues? Yeah no thanks. I am pretty sure i had covid last febuary, no thanks am not going to get sick again.

The doctors, nurses & others in contact with patients already got it in his company. This is round two already. This guy is involved in patient care but only in terms of process & management. I don't know how people are prioritized but if its like everything else in the US I am sure its messed up. People don't want to believe that he got it, than don't.

As for manning up - I know this guy pretty well. He looked like hell tonight.
