Pretty much released it recently and it's an actual gummy that consists of everything that a pre-workout has in it. Huge looking gummy that comes in different flavors so I'd figure I would try it out. Second I put it into my mouth, you could literally taste everything that consisted of a preworkout and I couldn't handle it so it's not for me. Who knows tho, if you just want an edible for a preworkout, check it out
