Areas academics completely misses the base (low IQ blog post)
Anyone with 2 eyes and ears knows that psychologist and academics have no idea what to do about common depression or social anxiety
If anyone could explain to me how any subfield of psychology accomplishes the goal of curing a patient or really any goal involving someone who isn't the person picking up a bs degree.
Governments will make decisions that follow in step with what psychology says but we all know how that is going
Which leads me to say that also political science or any political anything study is completely off base. There are things that matter and there are things that dont. Academic political analysis is something that doesn't. Once again, no results.
I'm not going to argue at all because there is no sense unless someone would be so much so as to simply put the facts as they are and maybe they will have me look at things from a different angle.
To finish this thought completely I'd like to add
1. Life is bull**** and nobody cares about real results
2. The structure of society is based on bull****

depends. it also depends on the user and how they implement stuff to correct it
most people fail because it requires getting comfortable with being uncomfortable
it is actually tough to alter behavior. the chemicals you're composed of are wanting you to act a certain way and you have to fight it basically
it's also cultural based and not stagnant. anything that is considered "weird" can cause anxiety - and the perception of "normal" is based off of group think and what people think is "normal". "weird" is outcast from "normal" and is thus anxiety inducing, but people in Africa's definition of "weird" is different than what people in America find weird
like if you stayed in your house for 6 months and then went into a big group of people you'd prob feel weird (and anxious) because what you were doing was abnormal as compared to that group
anxiety is often a negative feedback loop because people end up trying to AVOID what is causing them anxiety which exacerbates the issue instead of dealing with it. it also throws a nice lil wrench of low self esteem for letting whatever is causing anxiety get the better of you
so, it normally goes anxiety ---> depression
or if you really want to define it
anxiety ---> avoidance ---> depression
it feeds on itself

You're a loser trying to cope "society is based on BS, blah blah blah". Real original.
Not a hard concept, yet let's see how long it takes you to wrap your mind around it
