Christmas Day cocktails /10

Classic Pisco sours. My wife’s family is Peruvian so they brought Pisco. Cheers boyos, it’s a happy day.

2 oz Pisco
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
1 egg white

Reverse shake for extra foam. Add angostura bitters


random roll dice
