Rate cutting diet/10

Meal 1
-1.5 scoops of whey protons

Meal 2
-2 cans of tuna (microwaved tbfh)
-2 tbsp low fat mayo
-ton of 0 cal chit

Meal 3
-whatever for 600-700 cals. Mostly ground beef and rice

Meal 4
-2 quest bars

Macros
1550-1650 cals, ~165g protons, idc for F/C

Beyond sick of Rona bloat so with gyms/restaurants closed its finally time to go hard tbfh. I have 0 issues with willpower when dieting

Already realizing dieting above 12% is a complete joke anyway. Barely any fatigue compared to feeling drained and lethargic all day under 12%. EC stack 2x/day rn, the first ‘meal’ just tides me over for the second dose, 2nd meal is just to keep me full, still not even hungry at that point. Then last 2 meals when I actually start to get hungry are more for taste + satiation.

Edit: would be cutting on more cals of gyms weren’t closed and especially if everything else wasn’t closed too, aka my social life is cucked so **** it

I like cutting aggressively tbh, I literally tell myself the chittier I feel the better since I’ll be dropping weight faster lol. Never had problems maintaining strength on this low cals either, not that it matters rn

Nah I’m a student, no job rn

Only real form of cardio is 1hr or so of skipping, and fukking once gf is back from parents (srs)

Like 165lbs ish or so I’m guessing at around 14.5% bf currently

Nah I don’t use IF unless I’m sub 12%

Cutting at any bf higher is just a joke compared to the bf% I’m used to being at

My only suggestion would be if you choose to go that aggressive, I would throw in a weekly refeed at maintenance.

Good luck to you!

I’d definitely do refeeds when I feel like I need them, usually when I’m already lean it’s once a week

Thanks

useless. whey protein with 0 fiber, 0 fat, goes through you like nothing. 0 carbs with it, your body will probably turn alot of it to glucose, 0 nutrition
Meal 2
-2 cans of tuna (microwaved tbfh)
-2 tbsp low fat mayo
-ton of 0 cal chit
0 fiber, 0 nutrition
Meal 3
-whatever for 600-700 cals. Mostly ground beef and rice
0 fiber and again rice provides 0 nutrition, unless you are eating veggies here
Meal 4
-2 quest bars
soy and chit tier protein sources, sugar alcohols that are terrible for your digestive health
Macros
1550-1650 cals, ~165g protons, idc for F/C
super low cals, low nutrition, little to no fiber, low fat, low carb, low protein, unknown macros

I have practically 0 cravings, energy issues etc above 12%bf. When below it’s a completely different story and to get though the hell I implement chit like IF and more steady state cardio etc

Awfukhi tbh

Yeah I’m only cutting hard until gyms are back open, figured it’s better than maintaining bf% and still losing muscle. Gonna regain mass as soon as gyms are back open then finish an actual cut during summer

Wouldn’t be able to stick to anything stricter at current bf%, tbfh

I’ve done short stints of PSMF in the past when already rlly lean (10-11%) and could only stick to it due to the motivation from seeing drastic differences in the mirror day to day

Meal 1
-1.5 scoops of whey protons
At least add 1-2 tbsp peanut butter or 1 tbsp olive oil.
But I would go with mixed nuts for the high minerals nutrition.

Meal 2
-2 cans of tuna (microwaved tbfh)
-2 tbsp low fat mayo
-ton of 0 cal chit
I'd eat an apple with this meal or have a can each on a toasted whole wheat bread slice. Bread isn't that bad nowadays, because you'll get the fiber from it, and they are fortified with vitamins and minerals. You can also mix the tuna/mayo into a spinach salad for that high nutrition spinach.

Meal 3
-whatever for 600-700 cals. Mostly ground beef and rice
I'd change this to sweet potato and and beef and be done with it. But if leaving as rice, just add veggies. I'd recommend carrots and bell peppers. Again, high vitamins and minerals.

Meal 4
-2 quest bars
Change this crap to 4-5 whole eggs, if you like them, mushrooms or green beans or whatever you like

Your body has no problem converting protein or muscle to glucose if it doesn't detect an energy source. And you are priming your body to do that for the day by not really giving it either carbs or fat for the first 2 meals. With not adequate carbs you are probably deflating/depleted of glycogen so that whey all by itself without other food will absorb rapidly and probably convert some to glucose, which you don't really want to do. A slow trickle of protein most of the day beats out a huge dump of whey that digests in 3 seconds and then nothing for hours.

Cals in/cals out is stupid AF also.
I've typed alot before then you see the thread OP just deletes it and no one can benefit.
I am not going to argue with anyone. People pay me a lot for my coaching for training and diet.
Me posting 15 studies is retarded chit as you can post 15 more of the 100% opposite findings.
Studies, are fukking stupid.
I have 100+ clients long term experience training the average natty person and I just don't care to argue or explain to anyone. I tell everyone from the start, just stfu and do what I say or else don't hire me. lol.

Honestly I agree with practically everything you said, and would advise someone else to do similar. However in my experience cutting, I feel like the more restrictive I am to a large extent, the easier it is for me to stick to it and stay motivated.

I do get a lot of fats in meal 3, I’ve only done rice but I’m now just gonna up the portion of beef and add mayo. When I eat carbs throughout the day on a cut, it just spikes my appetite. I would eat 50g carbs pre workout typically though.

I honestly don’t mind if this diet is not 100% optimal for maintaining muscle mass, I’m sure it isn’t. But I can re gain that back fast once gyms are back open. Avi is old, but I have gotten really lean and normally maintain 9-12% year round and only lose strength on a cut once I hit that threshold of just being too lean where most lifts suffer.

Would rather eat chicken rice and veggies 3x a day than that pile of pi$$ you call a diet.
